This is a professional service install cost based on new 3CX PBX installations only.
These costs include:
- Setup and configuration of on-premises or cloud hosting, see 3CX Cloud Hosting services, here:
- Setup, install and configure 3CX PBX and license,
- Configure a static IP address and set firewall rules,
- Configure 3CX PBX phone system SIP Trunks,
- Configure Inbound & Outbound Rules for calls,
- Configure a digital receptionist (if required),
- Configure extensions based on the spreadsheet provided
- Setup IP phones with extensions,
- Setup software IP phone on Windows, macOS, Linux, Chromebook, iOS and Android,
- Provide basic training on how to manage the 3CX phone system.
We scan your network to ensure all devices are connected, once we have confirmation of connectivity to will proceed with the installation and configuration. If something is missing we will inform you to double-check the connections and scan again or postpone until we can confirm its all connected correctly.
These costs do not include the cost of the 3CX software license, this must be purchased separately, please see here:
